How to use
Put the whole ‘Bear Belly Patch’ pouch in warm water to make an appropriate temperature to use. (Prevent coldness when the sheet touches the skin)
 Take out the sheet from pouch and unfold.

Place the bear’s mouth (part of a hole) on your belly button and slowly attach the sheet to the belly. Leave the sheet about 10 mins and remove it.
Gently massage your skin with the essence.
