Shipping policy

We have varying shipping costs according to the shipping regions we service within our market segment. As such, please take note of any shipping costs upon checkout and make use of shipping discounts where possible. 

Please note that standard delivery time is 1-3 business days within South Africa in major cities noted on your checkout process. Other regions will have a 3 - 5 business days shipping lead time from when the order is accepted. Countries outside of South Africa will have longer shipping lead times dependant on region and this may vary from 5 to 21 Days as required to ensure that we are aligned with all shipping requirements in the destination countries. Any additional shipping costs outside of the norm will be swiftly communicated. 

Kindly ensure that your address and contact details are accurate upon checkout to ensure that there are no delays.
